SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise)
"Студенты в Свободном Предпринимательстве"
Широкомасштабная международная студенческая программа, которая предоставляет участникам возможность реализовать самостоятельные, творческие, инновационные проекты обучения населения свободному предпринимательству, бизнесу, экономике в своем городе, районе (в 2004 году число стран, участвующих в SIFE, достигло 41).
Штаб-квартира SIFE находится в г. Спрингфилд, штат Миссури, США. Исключительные права на развитие программы SIFE в России имеет Международный Центр Экономического и Бизнес-Образования (МЦЭБО), который расположен в Москве.
Организация SIFE была создана в 1975 году в Техасе для решения проблемы дефицита квалифицированных руководителей и предпринимателей. Идеей SIFE прониклись колледжи и университеты. Студенты обрели возможность развивать в себе лидерские качества, учиться искусству общения, а также помогать людям в достижении своей мечты через обучение свободному предпринимательству.
Задача состоит в том, чтобы предоставить студентам университетов наилучшие условия для развития в себе лидерских способностей, умения работать в команде, искусства общения через изучение, применение и преподавание принципов свободного предпринимательства. Программа SIFE способствует решению задачи, стимулируя студентов обучать население основам предпринимательства и методам достижения успеха в глобальной экономике.
